PHARMACOLOGIC CATEGORY

DOSING: ADULTS — Topical: Apply 1-3 times/day to infected areas; cover with sterile bandage if needed

DOSING: PEDIATRIC — Topical: Children ≥ 2 years: Refer to adult dosing.

DOSING: ELDERLY — Refer to adult dosing.
